Singing in the rain...

...ok maybe not singing... but definitely shooting in the rain. :) After my session with the three handsome guys yesterday I rushed to downtown Athens to shoot this wonderful couple. Even though it was raining, then drizzling, then sprinkling, then raining some more, these guys were still ready to go! Thankfully the rain stopped and we were able to get a lot of great shots. These two are getting married in October in D.C. and after talking to the bride about the wedding I can tell it is going to be nothing short of spectacular. The soon to be bride and groom are graduating from UGA this May and I know they are crazy busy so I'm thrilled they were able to make time for engagement portraits. So many brides and grooms get so caught up in the wedding they forget to document their wonderful engagement, so if you're getting married don't neglect your engagement photo's! Aren't these two adorable. :) They have a very full and happy life ahead of them. Congrats you guys!

These three brothers were such a treat to shoot. Even though they were each very different from the other they all had one thing in common....they were beyond sweet. :) There's not a question that mom and dad are doing something VERY right with these three handsome guys. Mom really loves black and white photos so I decided to make her entire sneak peek, well... black and white! I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend!

These two crazy kids are just the sweetest couple ever. They are such amazing Christian people, and I am just nuts about the brides parents, they are some of the kindest people I have ever known. This couple will definitely go the distance, not a doubt in my mind. Congrats you two!!

Sisters on Easter

Well, I had a wonderful Easter. I went to church, had a nice lunch, and then did my favorite thing of all... take photographs! I had a session with two adorable sisters, the youngest would just sit nicely and look at me like "who are you and what is that odd thing you are pointing at me?" The oldest was full of spunk and did not care to sit still at all, and I wouldn't have changed it for the world! They were both just adorable and each had their own cute little personalities. Their family is truly blessed to have such cute sweet girls around.

Love is in the air...

While I was in Texarkana I was fortunate enough to have a session with a lovely engaged couple. I will be scheduling sessions in the Texarkana TX/AR area on a limited basis so if you're interested book early! These two lovebirds were such a treat to shoot. I have known the soon to be groom for over 10 years now and I'm so thrilled to be a part of this new stage in his life. He's always been a dear friend and I knew one day he would find someone who was a perfect fit for him and he definitely did. His future bride is sweet, kind, funny and simply stunning. They are so perfect together and I think you can really see that in the photo's. I'm so excited for the both of them and so happy that I was able to capture this exciting time in their lives!

Boys With a Capital B

I think I may have gotten this blog off on the wrong foot, meaning I started it and have already neglected posting. I know a few of you are still receiving your sneak peeks through e-mail but I will do my best to share at least some here. I promise to do better!
Here are a few of the handsome little guys I was fortunate enough to shoot today. Not only were they too cute for words, but as sweet as they could possibly be. I had such a fun time with them and their mom and grandma today, what a great bunch! After seeing the pics of these little cuties I'm sure you'll all fall for them like I did!
